About the event
We are super excited to announce the first of our guest chef series! Chef Pablo Valencia joins us for one night only from Tucson Az. He is an amazing chef with an amazing story and you don’t want to miss this dinner.
Chef Pablo highlights the rich flavors of heritage ingredients in a plant-based take on Sonoran cuisine. Rooted in farm to table traditions, his cooking showcases rustic techniques that bring out the essence of fresh, native-ingredients-just as they were meant to be enjoyed.
